As a professional club, we already use video analysis a lot, because its so powerful.

 

But, using it in training used to take a lot of time, as we'd record the whole session, then I need to download, watch, edit, and finally share with notes to each player.  This could take hours, if not days.

We review what just happened. We can see the decision taken, and what could have been better. The player can adjust immediately. Not next week, or the next time we run this drill. Immediately. That means they get better, quicker.
